Les Miserables

The first time that I heard music from Les Miserables I was probably about 11 or 12. I knew nothing about the plot but loved the songs! I bought the soundtrack in college and used to belt it out on the drives from Tuscaloosa to Montgomery. For some reason it never struck me as strange that I never saw the play and had no immediate plans to do so.

Thanks to an invite from Dave and Bobbi, I am now a legitimate Les Miserables fan. The show is traveling around the country for their 25th anneversiary and we went to see them on Saturday night. The music was amazing, the set was awesome, and the beautiful room topped it off. And... I know now the plot to the songs that I have known by heart for so long.
